Attempt to cheat Jain Medical Store operator, case registered

Moradabad, May 15 (Hindustan Reporter) A new case of cheating people by creating a fake company in the name of recovering loan money has come to light on Wednesday. An attempt was made to defraud a Jain medical operator resident of Majhola police station area of ​​the metropolis by forming a company with the name Business Alert Infotech Private Limited. The police have registered a report on Wednesday on the complaint of the victim medical operator.

Proprietor of Jain Medicare, Pawan Kumar Jain, resident of Buddhi Vihar, Majhola, told the police in his complaint that Business Alert Infotech Private Limited, Chitrakoot, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur is a company which works to make illegal recovery by torturing people and is a fake company. By creating a website, it is trying to tarnish the image of businessmen by wrongly declaring people as defaulters.

Pawan Jain told that this company has illegally declared my firm Jain Medicare Buddhi Vihar as MSME CIBIL defaulter on its website named Credit Q. Whereas this company has no right to declare anyone a defaulter. Apart from this, he never did any transaction or business dealings with this company nor does he know this company and its owner. Even after that, the company is repeatedly threatening them through calls and mails. This company is mentally torturing them by calling them through automatic call recording about 800-1000 times a day. Earlier he had complained about this to the cyber crime cell. When information was collected by them, it was found that one director of this company is Mukta Mittal Chitrakoot, Ajmer Road Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur and the other director is Anjali Dharwal Color Gali, Fatehpur Sikri, Agra.

Police station Majhola SHO KK Verma said that on the basis of the complaint of RSS official, a case has been registered on Wednesday on charges of IT Act, harassment and fraud and investigation has been started.
