Firozabad, 30 April (Hindustan Reporter) BSP's Agra division in-charge and previously declared Lok Sabha candidate Satendra Jain Souli got down from the elephant and rode a bicycle on Tuesday. The same BJP councilor Manoj Shankhwar has also joined the Samajwadi Party.
It is noteworthy that Bahujan Samaj Party's Agra division in-charge Satendra Jain Souli was declared the Firozabad Lok Sabha candidate by BSP. After being declared the candidate, he had started preparations for the elections, but during the nomination process, BSP canceled Sauli's ticket and declared former minister Chaudhary Vasheer as its candidate. Chaudhary Baseer also filed nomination from BSP. Due to which Sauli was angry with BSP. On Tuesday he reached Samajwadi Party office Dabarai. Meanwhile, BJP councilor Manoj Shankhwar also reached the SP office alleging that development works are not being carried out in the area. Both these leaders announced to join Samajwadi Party. Both were handed over to SP National General Secretary Prof. present at the SP office. Ram Gopal Yadav accepted membership of the party. After some time, SP National General Secretary Prof. Ram Gopal Yadav also appointed Satendra Jain Sauli as National Secretary on the recommendation of SP President.
On this occasion, apart from SP Lok Sabha candidate Akshay Yadav, SP District President and other party officials, former MLC Dr Dilip Yadav were also present.
