Records of passengers traveling on the same PNR will also be maintained.

No extra money may be charged by the airline for the seat. Airlines may charge some fees for other items as part of the opt-in service. Airlines cannot force children to give up seats. If parents have opted for free seat or auto allocation, then an equivalent seat will have to be arranged for the child.
