Work from Home: India's largest software company TCS is taking a big decision regarding employees going to office i.e. working from office. Actually, now TCS wants that the company's employees should work from office and hybrid model should be implemented instead of work from home. According to the information, now the company has taken a big decision of not giving performance bonus to the employees who do not work from office.
In fact, an internal memorandum issued on April 18 states that employees with less than 60% attendance will not get this benefit. According to the conditions, it will now be mandatory for employees to work from office 3 days a week.

According to a report by Live Mint, Tata Consultancy Services has increased the strictness regarding 60 percent attendance. Actually, the main objective of the company is that the employees should work in the office at least three days a week as per the need. TCS has decided to take action against those employees who do not take their work seriously.
Shock to those working from home:
Actually, after Corona, the company had started work from home in large quantities. However, after Corona, this decision was withdrawn. But many employees did not return to work. Therefore, now the company has given a shock to those working from home and has linked work from office to variable pay or annual bonus.
Employees will also have to take approval from the office:
The company's internal memo mentioned that there is also a possibility of disciplinary action against employees who are not maintaining their attendance at 85 percent or more. The company has clarified that if an employee is not following the attendance rules, he will have to clearly explain the reason for the same. Apart from this, such employees will also have to take approval from the office. However, at present the company has not given any specific statement on this step.
Know what is the new rule?
Actually, TCS has announced under the new attendance rule, in which it has been said that employees will have to mark 45 hours of attendance every week. According to this new rule, employees who come to office 4 or more days a week will get 100 percent performance bonus. At the same time, 75 percent performance bonus will be given to employees with 75 to 85 percent attendance. Along with this, 60 to 75 percent employees will get 50 percent performance bonus. Along with this, the rule of coming to office for 9 hours every day every week has also been implemented.
