Kanpur, 17 April (HS). On the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami, a grand event was organized at JK Temple. On this occasion, a grand procession of the Lord was taken out in the evening. The program started with the singing of Veda mantras by the students of Gurukul of the temple.
Lord Vishnu was taken out in a vintage car decorated in the form of Lord Ram, singing hymns and hailing him. All the devotees present enjoyed this divine journey while following the ride of the Lord and dancing to the hymns of Lord Rama.
Special evening aarti was organized on the occasion of Ram Navami. After the Aarti, a wonderful presentation of the program “Rama Anandam” based on Lord Rama was given by Krishnam Dance Group, in which the artists of Krishnam Dance Group enthralled the devotees present with beautiful dances on devotional songs.
On this occasion, lamp donation was also organized in the temple. The devotees present offered their love to Lord Ram by lighting the lamp and enjoyed this Rammay evening to the fullest by chanting the praises of Lord Ram.
