Varanasi, 17 April (HS). The final assessment of the Kayakalp Plan year 2023-24 was done in the Community Health Center (CHC) Cholapur, called Mini District Hospital of the district. The team for external assessment was determined by Dr. Arpit Srivastava, Dr. Mohammad Mushtaq and Dr. Shreya Singh from Quality Assurance Section, State Program Management Unit (SPMU)/National Health Mission (NHM), Lucknow. For the external assessment of Kayakalp, the team duly inspected all types of facilities and cleanliness etc. in the CHC and gave appropriate guidelines.
Chief Medical Officer Dr. Sandeep Chaudhary said on Wednesday that this was the seventh Kayakalp External Assessment (Final Assessment) of CHC Cholapur. Every time Community Health Center Cholapur has got first position in the district. The result for the year 2023-24 will be declared soon. This year many more new facilities have been expanded in CHC, which mainly include ultrasound and ECG facilities. He said that now the reports of all the pathology tests of CHC Cholapur are being sent to the patients through SMS on mobile. With the installation of Health ATM in the Health Center Cholapur, more than 100 types of tests are being done within a few minutes with just a few drops of blood sample.
Center Superintendent Dr. R.B. Yadav told that the Community Health Center Cholapur has 24 hours delivery facility, facility for admission of patients and treatment, emergency, blood bank, pathology, tele-medicine, pharmacy, X-ray, operation and OPD by senior doctors. The facility is provided daily.
