JEE Advanced 2024: JEE Advanced registration date postponed, see revised schedule

JEE Advanced 2024: Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Madras has revised the schedule of registration for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced 2024. Candidates willing to register for JEE Advanced can now fill their application form on the new dates from 27th April to 7th May 2024. Earlier the registration process for JEE Advanced was to be held from April 21 to April 30, 2024. But due to some reason IIT Madras has changed the registration schedule. Candidates wishing to apply for JEE Advanced will be able to register themselves as per the new schedule by visiting the official website of JEE Advanced, jeeadv.ac.in.

Let us tell you that the IIT entrance examination is proposed to be held on Sunday, May 26. There will be two papers in JEE exam. The examination of Paper-1 will be held in the first shift from 9 am to 12 noon. Whereas the exam of Paper-2 will be held in the second shift from 02:30 pm to 05:30 pm.

IIT Madras had recently said that the Lok Sabha elections will not have any impact on the schedule of JEE Advanced 2024 and the examination will be held as per the already decided schedule. The last date for submission of application fee for JEE Advanced is 10 May 2024 till 5 pm. JEE Advanced admit cards will be released on May 17 at 10 am. Once the link of JEE Advanced 2024 admit card is activated, candidates will be able to download their admit card one week before the exam.

The copies or response sheets of the candidates who participated in JEE Advanced will be released on the JEE Advanced portal on May 31 and the provisional answer key will be released on June 2, 2024.

Candidates will be able to submit their objections or suggestions on the answer key from 10 am on June 2 to 5 pm on June 3, 2024. As per the schedule, JEE Advanced 2024 result and final answer key will be released on June 9, 2024. After this the registration process for counseling in IIT will start. Counseling of registered candidates will be done through Joint Seat Allocation (JoSAA) and Architecture Aptitude Test (AAT 2024).
