Disabled Persons: Disabled persons can avail the benefits of this scheme. People belonging to Scheduled Caste or Tribe are eligible for benefits under this scheme.
Additionally, people working in the unorganized sector are eligible for benefits. Daily wage laborers can also avail the benefits of this scheme. Persons from rural areas are eligible.
