Prayagraj, 30 March (HIST). The biggest achievement of the UP Board till date has been the successful completion of the UP Board examinations in 12 working days and then the evaluation of answer sheets in all 259 centers of the state.
UP Board Secretary Divya Kant Shukla said that quality education, cheating-free examinations and fair evaluation have been the guiding principles of UP Board Prayagraj. It is a big challenge for the board with the highest number of candidates in the country to conduct interference-free, cheating-free examinations. He said that this has been a historic achievement as a result of 24-hour monitoring of all the examination centers and strong rooms by the Command and Control Room established for the first time in the Board Headquarters and continuous monitoring of the post-examination evaluation centers.
It is noteworthy that, more than 2.90 lakh CCTV cameras with voice recorders were installed in 1.35 lakh examination rooms and premises of all 8265 examination centers of the state. Along with this, for the first time, the examination was conducted safely in 12 working days by setting up a command and control center each in the board headquarters, Prayagraj and all the five regional offices of the council, Meerut, Bareilly, Prayagraj, Varanasi and Gorakhpur. Along with this, the evaluation work was also completed in 12 working days, which is the most historic achievement of the UP Board so far.
