Global terrorist organization Islamic State of Syria and Iraq (ISIS) has claimed responsibility for Friday's shooting and bombing at Moscow's Crocus Concert Hall. At least 70 people were killed and more than 145 were injured in this horrific terrorist attack. ISIS issued a statement on its Telegram channel saying, “Our fighters have attacked the Krokus concert hall located outside the Russian capital Moscow.” The IS statement also said that the attackers had returned safely to their hideouts.
