sick twist

For this exercise you will have to straighten your back leg. Now keep your left hand on the ground to the left of your right foot. While exhaling, take the right hand towards the ceiling and turn to the right.

knee to chest stretch

To do this exercise on the bed, first of all you have to lie down on your back. After this, bring the knees together and near the chest. Now hold the legs with both hands and pull them towards the chest. During this you have to take deep breaths.

In this exercise you have to bring both the knees together and take them to the right side of the body.
