Speaking at the closing ceremony on the third and last day of the 11th Chintan Shivir organized in the presence of Somnath Mahadev, Patel said that Gujarat will use AI to adopt the approach of saturation by including 100 percent beneficiaries by expanding the scope of public welfare schemes through the use of technology. The Chief Minister said that in the group discussion sessions organized in this three-day thinking camp, four important issues like creating employment opportunities, increasing income in rural areas, saturation in government services, contribution of district administration and local bodies in tourism development were discussed. But there has been some thinking. The Chief Minister suggested to implement their recommendations expeditiously at the district level. In this context, he made a special request that every District Collector and District Development Officer should ensure three projects in their district on the basis of these recommendations and take expeditious action on them and also keep reviewing their progress from time to time and take action on any development related issue. Bhupendra Patel suggested to the district administrators that the role of district administration is key in the link from village level to the state government. In such a situation, care should be taken to ensure that there is no gap of any kind between the village level and the government. He said that if there is a problem of economics or confusion in understanding somewhere in the daily administrative work or various processes, then these thinking camps have become guides in solving such problems by collectively thinking about them.
