ICICI Bank Credit Card: Millions of users in the country use credit cards and people are also interested in the changes taking place in them from time to time. ICICI Bank’s name is also included among the private banks that use the most credit cards in the country. If you also have an ICICI Bank credit card, then this news is important for you. After one day i.e. from 15th November 2024, the rules of ICICI Bank Credit Card are going to change and there are many rules in it which will benefit you.

  • New type of charge on utility and fuel payments

No charges on educational transactions through ICICI Bank Credit Card

From now on, there will be no charges for paying international education or school-college fees through credit card. However, if you make such payment or educational transactions through third party apps, you will have to pay a 1 percent fee.

Change in late payment charge from November 15

From now onwards ICICI Bank Credit Card bill late payment charges will change. Know about them-

-Rs 101 to Rs 500 – Rs 100 fee
-Rs 501 to Rs 1,000 -Rs 500 fee
-Rs 1,001 to Rs 5,000 -Rs 600 fee
-Rs 5,001 to Rs 10,000 -fees. 750 rupees charge
– Rs 10,001 to Rs 25,000 – Rs 900 charged

– Rs 25,001 to Rs 50,000 – Rs 1100 fee
– More than Rs 50,000 – Rs 1300 fee

Important- The thing to note is that if the outstanding amount is up to Rs 100 then no late payment fee will be imposed on it.

  • If you make utility payment of more than Rs 50,000 through credit card, you will have to pay 1 percent charge.
  • If you do fuel payment transaction of more than Rs 1000, then you will have to pay 1 percent charge on it.
  • Overdue interest on extended loans and cash advances will be charged at the rate of 3.75 per cent for one month, while the annual interest rate will be 4.5 per cent.
