However, if we talk about relative humidity, the maximum was 71 percent and the minimum was recorded at 43 percent. The average wind speed was 2.7 kilometers per hour and the wind direction was calm.

Dr. Pandey said that the Western Disturbance in the form of a trough in the mid-tropospheric westerly winds, whose axis is 5.8 km above sea level, is now moving north of 30 degrees north latitude along about 58 degrees east longitude.

A cyclonic circulation is over southwest Rajasthan. A cyclonic circulation lies over South Interior Karnataka. A fresh western disturbance is likely to affect northwest India from the night of March 12.

The meteorologist said that between March 11 and 12 and again on March 13, sporadic rain and snowfall is possible in Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit Baltistan, Muzaffarabad and Himachal Pradesh. However, the intensity of rain and snowfall will start reducing from March 14.
Light rain and snowfall is possible in Uttarakhand on March 11 and 12. The intensity of rain and snowfall will increase on March 13. There is also a possibility of thunder and lightning over the Western Himalayas on March 13.
Scattered rain is possible in Punjab between 11 and 14 March and in Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi and North Rajasthan on 13 March. There may be sporadic rain and lightning in Punjab between 11 and 13 March and in Haryana on 13 March. Light rain is possible over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during March 11 and 14 and over Jharkhand, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh and East Madhya Pradesh on March 16 and 17.
