Indian Railways is continuously running special trains during the festive season, yet the trains are running full. The biggest problem is being faced in trains going towards Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. Four to five passengers are sitting on one seat in the reservation coach. Passengers who had taken confirmed tickets months ago are getting worried.

Vacate your seat easily like this

Seats can be vacated by complaining on the Rail Madad app. Railways claims that after complaining on the app, the solution is being resolved within 28 minutes. In this, along with other complaints, a complaint can also be made about someone else sitting on the confirmed seat. After which TT will himself reach the seat and vacate the seat, so that the passenger with confirmed ticket does not face any problem. Railways is giving priority to convenient and safe travel.

All complaints on one window

According to the Railway Ministry, like the helpline number 139, all the mediums of complaints and suggestions like Twitter, Facebook have been linked to the “Rail Madad” portal and its app. Passengers can submit their complaints to Railways through “Rail Madad” portal or app on mobile, laptop or computer. If the complaint is not resolved within the stipulated time, the complaint will reach the higher authority and accountability will also be fixed. Apart from giving information about the solution to the complainant, feedback is also being sought from him.
