Early life and education
Ratan Tata did his early education from Campion School, Mumbai. From here he completed his studies till 8th class. After this he went to Cathedral and John Connon School, Mumbai and Bishop Cotton School, Shimla for further studies. He then attended Riverdale Country School in New York City. He is an alumnus of Cornell University and Harvard Business School.

The girl's parents did not allow her to go to India. It is said that perhaps that is why he remained unmarried till date.
