After logging into the app you have to select the option of EPFO services from the list, then you can select the service as per your requirement. If you want to withdraw money from EPF then you have to choose the option 'Extend Claim'. In which OTP will be sent to the mobile number on which UAN is registered, OTP and all the details will have to be filled. Acknowledgment number will have to be provided while submitting the request later.
