Only 2 new IPOs will be launched in the market this week. Apart from this, bidding can also be done in 1 IPO that opened last week this week. Apart from the IPO launching, the pace of listing is also going to be slow this week. In the coming week, shares of only 6 companies will hit the stock market through listing. All these 6 companies belong to the SME segment. In the previous three consecutive weeks, there was constant activity in the primary market due to IPO launching and listing.
Garuda Construction and Engineering's Rs 264.10 crore IPO will be launched for subscription on October 8, the second day of the trading week. Bidding in this IPO can be done till October 10. Under the IPO, the price band has been fixed at Rs 92 to Rs 95 per share, while the lot size is 157 shares. These shares will be listed on Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange on October 15. SME segment company Shiv Texchem is launching its IPO on 8th October itself. This issue of Rs 101.35 crore will remain open for subscription till October 10. Under the IPO, its price band has been fixed at Rs 158 to Rs 166 per share, while the lot size is 800 shares. The company's shares will be listed on the SME platform of Bombay Stock Exchange on October 15.
Apart from this, investors can also subscribe till October 8 in the IPO of Khyati Global Ventures, which opened on October 4, the last trading day of last week. This IPO of Rs 18.30 crore was subscribed three times on the first day itself after its launch on October 4. Under the IPO, the price band has been fixed at Rs 99 per share, while the lot size is 1,200 shares. After closing on October 9, the company's shares will be listed on the SME platform of Bombay Stock Exchange on October 11.
During the trading week starting from Monday, 6 companies are going to enter the stock market through listing. Shares of Saaz Hotel and HVAX Technologies will be listed on the SME platform of the National Stock Exchange on the first trading day, October 7. The next day on October 8, there will be listing of shares of Shubham Papers and Paramount Dye-Tech on the SME platform of Bombay Stock Exchange. After this, on October 9, the shares of Neopolitan Pizza and Foods will be listed on the SME platform of Bombay Stock Exchange. Apart from this, on October 11, the last trading day of the week, shares of Khyati Global Ventures will be listed on the SME platform of BSE and will start trading.
