60 days of therapy and became a young man
This machine costs around Rs 25 crore and provides 60 days of therapy, which makes any old person look like he did 20 to 30 years ago. People became excited about this therapy and many people donated lakhs of rupees to the couple. The couple said people would stand in line for the machine and not get a number for four years. We thought this opportunity would be missed, so we quickly deposited the money. I myself gave six lakh rupees and also told my relatives about it. He also gave advance of lakhs of rupees for the treatment.
The couple claimed that this therapy is cheap in the beginning, but soon it will cost lakhs of rupees. People were told that at present the price of therapy is only Rs 90,000, but soon this price will become Rs 2.5 lakh. Hearing this, many people made advance booking. In addition, small demo packages were also offered to the public, which included hyperbaric oxygen therapy and hydrotherapy. Under this, people will be able to experience this technology by paying just Rs 6,000.
People became alert after getting information about fraud
Realizing the fraud, people tried to contact the couple, but by then the couple had absconded. More than 1200 people have become victims of this scam. The total amount of fraud is said to be around Rs 35 crore. Renu Singh said that she asked for the money back, but did not get any response.
Another victim Dharmendra said that I had also invested Rs 1 lakh and told my friends and relatives about this therapy, but when we saw the machine we thought it was a local machine. This is not Israeli technology. After this they started asking for the money back, but they disappeared.
Police took action in the whole matter
The victims of fraud have filed a complaint against the couple. Renu Singh said that she lodged the FIR because people were coming to her house asking for money. The police have registered a case in this matter and started searching for the couple. Renu Singh said that my sister's wedding was at my house and I asked her for money several times, but she did not return even a single rupee. When people came to my house and started harassing me, I lodged a complaint with the police.
