If you want to move to Canada and your study permit has been rejected, you do not need to panic. Now you can go to Canada even after study permit is rejected. Over the past few months, visa rules have been tightened, leading to the denial of study permits for many students. But if your study permit has also been rejected then you do not need to panic.
A new project is starting in Canada
According to the information, a new project has been launched in Canada, which will prove to be very beneficial for those students including Indians who have faced visa rejection.
What happens if study permit is rejected?
As of October 1, the Federal Court has become a 'study permit pilot project'. It is being said that this project is for those whose study permits have been rejected. If a student's study permit has been refused, they can apply for 'Leave and Judicial Review' through the 'Study Permit Pilot Project'.
The entire process can be completed in less than 5 months
Currently the entire process of 'vacation and judicial review' takes 14-18 months, but now the entire process can be completed in less than 5 months. Under the 'Leave and Judicial Review' project, only students who have applied for a study permit and have now received a rejection letter from 'Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada' can apply.
If a student is applying from Canada, he/she must submit his/her application under this new project within 15 days of receiving the rejection letter. If a student is applying from outside Canada, they will have 60 days.
