Earlier on Thursday, Dubai's Emirates Airlines canceled flights to Iraq, Iran and Jordan and extended the suspension of flights to Beirut till October 8. Kuwait Airways has changed some routes, destination times have been affected. The airline has said that this decision has been taken as a necessary safety measure. Iran Air, Iraqi Airways, Bahrain-based Gulf Air and Doha-based Qatar Airways have also suspended all flights to Beirut until further notice.
