Then he saw an ad that matched the job he wanted. He applied there but during the interview he learned that their job also involved international travel.
'I want double the salary'
The woman then replied that the time I would spend traveling would make my hourly pay rate almost zero. This means that if I give 8 hours to the company, my time will almost double due to travel. But the company is not paying the salary accordingly, so I am asking for double the salary. The recruiter replied that this does not happen in the corporate world. You don't talk practical.
