The tender process for this has started. This expressway will connect to the interchange of Yamuna Expressway at Tappal in Greater Noida and Eastern Peripheral at Palwal. With the construction of this new expressway, travel from Aligarh to Agra, Mathura, Noida, Delhi, Gurugram and Palwal will become easier. For this, land of 23 villages of Aligarh has to be acquired. A 32 km long four-lane expressway will be built at a cost of about Rs 2300 crore. The construction of this expressway will provide relief to the people of Khair and Jattari in Aligarh. This expressway will reach Yamuna Expressway via Pisawa near Andala. There will also be a green belt in between. Marking has been started in the villages where land is to be acquired. With the construction of this expressway, the connectivity of Aligarh to NCR and Haryana will improve.
