Kanpur, 30 September (Hindus). There should be no mistake in the preparations for the 26th convocation of Chandrashekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, Kanpur. University Vice Chancellor Dr. Anand Kumar Singh said this in the review meeting of the committees on Monday. He took information about the progress of work from all the committees regarding the preparations and told everyone that there should be no shortage at any level.

It may be noted that nineteen committees have been formed regarding the convocation, in which the Vice Chancellor is the chairman of the coordination committee. Dr. Mukesh Srivastava, Chairman of the Stage Decoration and Auditorium Committee, Guard of Honor Dr. PK Upadhyay, Chairman of the Accommodation Committee, Director of Propagation Dr. RK Yadav, Chairman of the Transport Committee

Chairman is Dr. Naushad Khan, Chairman of Security Committee is Dr. Ram Batuk Singh, Chairman of Invitation Committee is Dr. PK Upadhyay, Registrar, Refreshment and Food Committee is Dr. CL Maurya, Chairman of National Song and National Anthem Committee is Dr. Seema Sonkar. In all these committees, teachers have been given the responsibility as chairperson, coordinator and member.

A meeting was held with the chairpersons and coordinators of the committees formed on Monday under the chairmanship of the Vice Chancellor. In the meeting, the Vice Chancellor inquired about the progress of the work being done by the chairpersons and coordinators of each committee and reviewed it and gave suggestions. Instructions were also given to complete all the work in a time bound manner.

University media in-charge Dr Khalil Khan said that University Registrar Dr PK Upadhyay informed about the progress of all the work related to the convocation point wise. On this occasion, Dean Home Science Dr. Mukta Garg, Property and Administrative Officer and other faculty members were present.
