The fifth and last match of the ODI series between England and Australia is being played in Bristol. In this match, England's opening batsman Ben Duckett scored a tremendous century. He played a brilliant inning of 107 runs in just 91 balls, which included 13 fours and two sixes.

On the basis of this brilliant century, Duckett has completed 1000 international runs this year and has become the sixth batsman to do so. Here he also left behind fellow batsman Joe Root, who has 986 runs in his name. The list is dominated by Sri Lankan players, with the top three batsmen comprising Kamindu Mendis, Kusal Mendis and Pathum Nissanka. This year, only Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rohit Sharma have completed 1000 runs from India. Apart from these two, Shubman Gill is at tenth place in the list with 940 runs.

Apart from Duckett, captain Harry Brook scored 72 runs while Salt scored 45 runs for England.
