Share Market Today : Indian stock market is generally closed on Saturday and Sunday. No work is done on this day. But today on Saturday the stock market will open for some time. National Stock Exchange i.e. NSE will conduct a mock trading session at its disaster recovery site on Saturday. Earlier, special live trading sessions had been organized on 2 March and 18 May.
What time will the stock market open today?
NSE issued a circular saying that a mock trading session will be conducted in the capital market segment on September 28. Also, there will be a trend of testing in futures and options. During this time the recovery site will be switched. A special session has been organized today so that in case of any emergency, there is no impact on the services of the stock exchange and the business can run smoothly.
Can shares be sold?
The National Stock Exchange circular said the mock trading session will be conducted on Saturday from 12 noon to 1 pm. A live trending session will be held at the Disaster Rectory site from September 30 to October 3. This is the third special session of the year organized by NCE.
