Ahmedabad News: An incident of two gangs cheating bullion traders has come to light in Manek Chowk. In which two persons ordered 2100 grams of gold worth Rs 1.60 crore from traders at the office of an Angadiya firm located on CG Road and ran away after paying Rs 1.30 crore at the rate of Rs 500 and taking the remaining Rs 30 crore.
Investigation revealed that all the Rs 500 notes paid under Rs 1.30 crore were fake. Not only this, the accused also started a fake office in the name of Angadiya Firm on CG Road to collect gold. Navragpura police has registered a case in this regard and started investigation.
