Saharsa, March 08 (HS). On Friday, the last fourth day of Gayatri Mahayagya organized under the auspices of Gayatri Shaktipeeth, Gayatri Mahayagya was started on 51 ponds with the worship of God at the Yagya place in the morning. On the occasion of Mahashivratri, Shivalinga was installed on 52 ponds. Mahadev and Parvati were worshiped in symbolic form.
Dr. Arun Kumar Jaiswal said regarding Mahashivratri that there are four nights in a year, of which the first and best night is Shivratri. There are three forms of Shakti, Lakshmi, Kali and Saraswati. These three powers are contained in Gayatri Mantra. Shivlinga is the form of man and nature. It is a symbol of the union of God and nature. After that the full sacrifice of Gayatri Mahayagya was performed. After the ceremony, there was a tearful and emotional farewell to the saints who had come from Shantikunj, the farewell was done by singing songs.
Dr. Arun Kumar Jaiswal, special guests, Mayor Bain Priya, members of the entire Yagya Committee, and all the family members of Shaktipeeth were present in the farewell ceremony. On the third day of Rashtriya Jagran 51 Kundiya Gayatri Mahayagya, on Thursday evening program, Satsang and cultural program of Gayatri Shaktipeeth were present. The children of Bal Sanskarshala, running under the aegis of Bal Sanskarshala, presented a wonderful and inspiring short play called Social Media, the basic objective of which was to make the society aware about the ill effects of social media and mobile phones. Along with this, there was a grand performance by the storytellers of Swaranjali Sarojini. Also, during the evening lamp festival, the entire Yagya place was decorated with lamps.
The entire sacrificial fire is illuminated with thousands of lamps, as if it is spreading the light of knowledge. Thousands of devotees were present in this festival of lights. Yug Sangeet was performed during this time. Saint Sunil Sharma, who came from Shantikunj, was conveying the nectar message of the most revered Gurudev Gug Rishi to the people. Said – Yagya works for change in the society. Religion is not defeated in the battle between religion and unrighteousness. Therefore, man should never leave the path of religion.
