Varanasi, 27 September (HS). Bageshwar Dham's Peethadhishwar Acharya Dhirendra Krishna Shastri said on the Prasadam controversy in Tirupati temple that adulteration in Prasad is the biggest misfortune of the country. Adulteration in Prasad is a great sin. If all the Acharyas of all the temples of the country have to take care of purity and sanctity, then every monastery and temple must have its own cowshed.

Bageshwar Dham Peethadhishwar, who was staying in Varanasi for two days, also spoke to journalists on Friday. After offering darshan and worship at the court of Mata Kushmanda located in Durgakund and Shri Kashi Vishwanath Darbar, Bageshwar Dham Sarkar also visited Mokshatirtha Manikarnikaghat. Met children and common people in the streets. During this, he told that he will go on a padyatra from November 21 to awaken the Hindus of the country. During the Padyatra, we will go from village to village to embrace the backward and separated people. The padyatra will end after reaching Orchha on 30th November. This 160 kilometer padyatra of mine will reach every village.

He said that till now people used to come to me. Big people could meet me but small people could not meet me. In such a situation, I myself will work to promote Sanatan Dharma by visiting people from village to village. He also appealed to exclude meat and liquor shops from Kashi region.
