Varanasi, 25 September (HS). Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel interacted with the children of Atal Residential School located in Karsada on Thursday evening. The Governor, who reached the school, asked questions from the children like a teacher. She inspected the school's astronomy lab, physics, chemistry, biology lab, computer lab etc. and encouraged the students. She asked the children to study diligently and bring glory to their families as well as the country.
She encouraged the students to protect the environment, save water and food and to take nutritious food and to regularly exercise and participate in sports. She also suggested forming groups of students to discuss current topics and having cultural programmes conducted by students in future. She distributed certificates to six students of the school for their excellent performance in various fields. On this occasion, the students of the school sang the welcome song and performed Dumbbell PT and Legion PT in front of the Governor. On reaching the school, Governor Anandiben Patel was welcomed by Uttar Pradesh's Labor and Employment Minister Anil Rajbhar by offering flowers.
Minister Rajbhar said that the students of Atal Residential School are moving ahead on the path of progress by realizing the dreams of the country's Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The program was conducted by District Magistrate S. Rajlingam, Chief Development Officer Himanshu Nagpal. The school's Principal Dr. Amar Nath Rai thanked the Governor for coming to the school. The Governor gave the message of environmental protection by planting a sapling in the school premises.
