Gorakhpur, September 21 (HS). Gorakshapeethadhiswar and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath named the cattle (one female calf and one male calf) of Nadipathi miniature breed (improved breed of Punganur breed) brought to Gorakhnath temple from Yeleswaram Gaushala in Andhra Pradesh on Saturday morning.
He has named the female calf Bhavani and the male calf Bholu. After naming this pair of cows that came from the south in the temple's Gaushala, the CM talked to them a lot and pampered them a lot. Due to the affection of the cow-helper Chief Minister, these cows that came from far away have become completely attached to him in just two days.
The Nadipathi Miniature breed of cow is considered to be the smallest cow in the world. It has been developed by breeding the Punganur breed. Nadipathi Miniature is also called Micro Miniature. A calf and a cow of this breed were brought to Gorakhnath Temple from Nadipathi Gaushala in Andhra Pradesh late Thursday night.
Chief Minister and Gorakshapeethadhiswar Yogi Adityanath showered love on these cows on Friday morning and fed them jaggery and fodder with his own hands. Dr. P. Krishnam Raju, director of Nadipathi Gaushala and researcher in developing Nadipathi miniature breed, told the Chief Minister about the specialty of Nadipathi miniature breed cows.
After meeting CM Yogi, Dr. Krishnam Raju said that he was overwhelmed by Yogiji's cow service and love for cows.
