Farmers have suffered the most from the flood.
Vegetable crops suffer heavy losses due to waterlogging in the field

He inspected villages like Chhata Kamar, Lalpur, Dehgaon etc. The District Magistrate said that the district officials are continuously visiting the rain affected areas.
50 thousand population affected by flood
Here in Gonda too, the situation is serious. Ghaghra river is flowing 91 cm above the danger mark. 25 villages of Karnailganj and Tarabganj tehsils of the district have been devastated by the flood. Water is visible everywhere. About 50 thousand population of the district is affected by the flood. The situation is such that water has filled the houses of Biyonda Manja, Duttnagar Bahadur Pur and other villages of Tarabganj tehsil. Many acres of crops were submerged in water
The situation in Sitapur went out of control on Monday due to lakhs of cusecs of water released from the barrage. The flood has taken a terrible form. 80 villages have been affected by the flood due to the rise in the Saryu river. A population of about 25 thousand is affected.
