Top gainers included NTPC, JSW Steel, Hindalco Industries, Shriram Finance and Larsen & Toubro (L&T), while top losers included Bajaj Finance, Hindustan Unilever, Bajaj Finserv, SBI Life Insurance Company and Britannia.
