New Delhi: Telecom company Jio's service (Jio down) has gone down. Users are unable to access the Jio website. Information about Jio being down has also been given by Downdetector, which reports outages. According to this website, more than 10,500 complaints have been received regarding Jio outage till 12:08 pm on September 17. The biggest problem in Jio's service is due to lack of signal.
Out of the total complaints, 67 percent complaints were received regarding lack of signal. Along with this, 19 percent people have complained about mobile internet not working properly. Users are also facing problems with Jio Fiber. About 14 percent people have faced problems with Jio Fiber. Meanwhile, it is trending on the popular microblogging platform #jiodown.
Jio users are seen sharing memes and asking each other if they too are facing problems with Jio service.
