Bhopal, 11 September (HS). Forest Minister Ramniwas Rawat on Wednesday paid floral tribute to the forest martyrs on 'National Forest Martyrs Day' at the Forest Building in Tulsi Nagar, Bhopal. Minister Rawat met the families of the forest martyrs on this occasion.
It is noteworthy that 'National Forest Martyrs' Day' is celebrated on 11 September in India. This day is celebrated in the memory of those forest workers and forest conservationists who have sacrificed their lives to protect forests and wildlife.
