Footage of the bridge collapse has emerged. The bridge collapse was recorded in the dashcam footage of a car. The footage shows the collapse of the Phong Chau bridge in Phu Tho province. Due to this, several vehicles moving ahead of the car fell into the water. A truck also fell. 13 people are being searched for. The storm has caused heavy devastation in the north of the country, causing power outages for 1.5 million people.
