Residents of Paramount Golf Forest Society, angry with the dictatorial attitude of Paramount Builder, led by Bhartiya Kisan Union (Balraj), have been staging an indefinite dharna against the builder at the builder's marketing office gate since August 22. No administrative officer has come to take care of the residents on the indefinite dharna that has been going on for 19 days. To wake up the administration, Bhartiya Kisan Union (Balraj) and the society residents held a press conference at Swarn Nagri Press Club on Monday, in which the national president of the organization, Balraj Bhati, said that about two thousand educated and respectable families live in Paramount Golf Forest Society. There are many irregularities on the part of Paramount Builder in the society, which is a blatant violation of society and administrative rules. Balraj Bhati said that the builder is earning crores and billions by doing illegal construction inside the society. Society residents complained to the administration several times, but no action was taken against the builder.
Society resident RP Singh said that due to the poor security of NDS Security Company, some unpleasant or serious incident takes place every day inside the society. Society residents are feeling unsafe and have repeatedly demanded the removal of NDS Security Company. The builder is arbitrarily taking Rs. 1 to 2.5 crore per month from the residents in the name of maintenance and is arbitrarily collecting electricity bills by connecting the electricity meter to the maintenance. The sewer line is closed and filled with faeces and urine water due to which Paramount Society residents are forced to drink faeces and urine water and some people are falling sick because of it. Society residents have been bearing this sting of Paramount Builder for years.
The national president of the organization, Balraj Bhati, said that on September 10, the honorable Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is arriving in Greater Noida and on September 11, the honorable Prime Minister is arriving. The organization and the society residents want to meet the Chief Minister and express their pain. If the district administration and police administration do not arrange a meeting of the five-member delegation with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, then on September 11, a Maha Panchayat will be held at the protest site and a big decision will be taken in it.
On this occasion, National President Women's Front Rekha Siwal, National Vice President Advocate Thakur Vijay Pratap Singh, National Executive Member Jitendra Singh, Youth National President Ramkumar Nagar, Captain Dharampal, NB Joshi, Ratnesh Shukla, Rahul Bhati, Rakesh Bhadana, Yogesh Vaishnav, Gaurav Thakur, Sobindra Bhati, Mahipal Chauhan, Darpan Raheja, KP Singh, Mahesh Sharma, Virendra Bhatt, Bhagwant Singh, Ashu Chauhan, District Vice President Rahul Bhati, Western Uttar Pradesh President Sandeep Bhati, Prashant Khari and other society residents were present.
