Aparna Yadav and 13 members of the State Women's Commission did not take charge | News India

Lucknow, 6 September (HS). Babita Singh Chauhan, the newly appointed president of Uttar Pradesh State Women Commission, reached the office of the commission in Gomti Nagar on Friday and assumed her charge. Along with her, 12 other members nominated to the State Women Commission also assumed charge. While Aparna Yadav, nominated for the post of vice-president of the State Women Commission and 13 other women members nominated for the post of member also did not arrive to assume charge on Friday.

The newly appointed President of the State Women's Commission, Babita Singh Chauhan, along with Anju Prajapati, Ritu Shahi and Priyanka Maurya from Lucknow, Sunita Shrivastava from Ballia, Poonam Dwivedi from Kanpur, Sujita Kumari from Lakhimpur Kheri, Meena Kumari from Aligarh, Neelam Prabhat from Mirzapur, Pushpa Pandey from Bareilly, Meenakshi Bharala from Meerut, Janakanandini from Sant Kabir Nagar and Avni Singh from Bijnor took charge.

Apart from Aparna Yadav, these members did not assume charge

Apart from Aparna Yadav, who has been nominated for the post of vice-president in the State Women's Commission, members Himani Agarwal, Anita Gupta, Anupama Lodhi, Geeta Bind, Geeta Vishwakarma, Sunita Devi, Ekta Singh, Archana Patel, Pratibha Kushwaha, Renu Gaur, Manisha Ahlawat, Sapna Kashyap and Sangeeta Jain have not taken charge. Other members will take charge on Monday.

Aparna Yadav angry over being made vice president
