Guard of honour given to NCC Group Commander Brigadier | News India


Saharsa, 6 September (HS). A 10-day central annual training camp is being organized under 17 Bihar Battalion NCC, Saharsa from 31 August at OTC Barauni. Group Commander Brigadier Sanjeev Chopra of NCC Group Headquarters, Bhagalpur visited the camp site. The cadets gave him a guard of honor on his arrival. After this, Camp Commandant Colonel B. Satyanarayan and Deputy Camp Commandant Lieutenant Colonel PK Chaudhary explained in detail about the camp training activities. The Group Commander inspected the camp. Addressing all the cadets, he gave the message of achieving the objectives of NCC, developing leadership skills in every field of life and becoming a responsible citizen and wished all the NCC cadets a bright future.

The Group Commander said that the students have taken a good decision of life by joining NCC. NCC certificate is not limited to getting a job only. Rather it is helpful in every field of life. He said that joining the armed forces through NCC is a good career option. Therefore, other students should also be inspired by sharing their NCC experiences and its benefits.

While praising the training officers, ANO and PI staff, he said that NCC cadets should take inspiration from their experiences and contribute to the service of the country by joining the armed forces. His address ended with the slogan of “Bharat Mata Ki Jai”.
