Combo Salad of Turmeric and Lemon – To reduce stomach, add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 2 teaspoon lemon juice to whatever salad you eat. You can also take half a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. This will reduce the swelling of the body and also reduce the stomach.
Turmeric – Lemon Golden Paste – Mix 1/4 tsp turmeric with lemon juice in a bowl. Then make a paste of 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1/4 tsp olive oil. Take 1-2 teaspoons of this paste and eat it two to three times a day.
