NIA Takeover Sunjwan Attack Investigation: The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken over the probe into the terrorist attack near an army camp here last week. Officials said one of the three arrested in the case has already confessed to bringing terrorists into Kashmir from the International Border.
The case pertains to the terrorist attack on a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) bus at Sunjwan outside the city on Friday and the subsequent clash. Two Pashto speaking terrorists were killed and a CISF officer was killed in the clashes. Both the terrorists had infiltrated from across the border. Nine others, including two policemen, were injured in the clash. So far, three people including the driver of the mini truck and his assistant have been arrested in the incident.

Bilal Ahmed Wage, a driver from Kokernag area of Anantnag district, and his accomplice Ashfaq Chopan were arrested from Kashmir on Sunday, officials said.
