Later, Mahidharpura police recovered 47.912 kg of ganja from them.

According to Mahidharpura police, out of the five accused, Sanatan Gowda lives in Madhuvan Society at Amroli-Chhaparbhatha and does embroidery work. He had ordered ganja for sale. In interrogation of the accused, the police had given ganja to Arunamulya Patra and Rishikesh Duryodhana Gowda of Orissa-Ganjam to take them to Sanatan in Surat. Arun Patra and Hrishikesh Gowda had given four thousand rupees each to the four accused for delivery. He along with four delivery boys reached the Sanatan railway station to collect the ganja. The police have declared marijuana suppliers Arun Patra and Hrishikesh Gowda as wanted.
