Moradabad, 26 April (H.S.). A Moradabad court on Monday heard a non-bailable warrant against film actress Sonakshi Sinha in a cheating case. The court reserved the decision after arguments. Now the verdict will be pronounced on 28 April.

Event manager Pramod Kumar Sharma, resident of Shivpuri Colony of Katghar police station, had filed a fraud case against many including actress Sonakshi Sinha and her company office-bearer Abhishek Sinha at Katghar police station on 22 February 2019. Its hearing is going on in Moradabad court. The debate on NBW took place in the court of ACJM-4 Additional Judicial Magistrate Smita Goswami on Monday. In the application given by the plaintiff, it was said that bailable warrants were issued against the actress on the preceding date. This was informed by post. According to advocate PK Goswami, according to the report, warrants have been served on actress Sonakshi Sinha in Mumbai. He claimed that Sonakshi Sinha herself had confirmed this in statements made on social media and in newspapers. From which it is clear that the bailable warrant issued by the court has been served on Sonakshi Sinha, accused Abhishek Sinha. Therefore, on the basis of warrant status, non-bailable warrants should be issued against the accused. The court reserved its decision while hearing the matter. Hearing in the matter has been scheduled for April 28.
