Tulsi has been worshiped since ancient times. Due to its medicinal properties in many texts, it is used to cure many diseases. Most Hindu homes have a Tulsi plant. If you look at its scientific methods, Tulsi emits oxygen at night. But other plants do not. In Ayurveda, every part of the Tulsi plant is said to be beneficial for health.

For this, you have to boil 3-4 basil leaves in water and then mix honey in it and drink it. This will give you relief and apart from this you can also massage with basil oil.

Headache can also be removed with cloves. First of all, grind the clove well and tie it in a clean cloth, then after a while keep smelling it. If the pain is more, then mix two spoons of coconut oil, one spoon of rock salt in clove oil and massage it on the head, you will get relief.

You will also get relief from mint. Massage the scalp with peppermint oil. Mint contains menthol which helps in relieving headache. If you want, you can also take steam by mixing a few drops of this oil in hot water.
