So let’s know how to get rid of this bad smell in summer-
1. Avoid eating things like onion, non-vegetarian, egg, fish, garlic in summer. By not consuming it, sweating will also get rid of it to a great extent.
2. Someone must have told you too that you should drink more and more water. But only a few people listen to it and follow it. If you drink at least 9 to 10 glasses of water throughout the day, then the poison comes out through urine. It does not give any kind of odor from the body.
3. You can also add baking soda, rose water, lemon or alum to the bath water. It will not smell of sweat. Wash your feet thoroughly while taking a bath. Many times, after opening the shoes, the feet start smelling.
4. In the morning everyone is in a hurry to go to the office. In such a situation, put 3 teaspoons of baking soda in a tub at night and wipe the whole body with the help of a cloth. You will get rid of the bad smell.
5. The elements present in tea tree oil help in killing bacteria. You can mix two drops in water and apply it on your underarms with cotton.
