The talented Srinivasan is an actor, screenwriter, producer, director and has dubbed for films during nearly five decades in the industry, which began in 1976. As of now, he has around 250 films in his possession.

Her on-screen chemistry with veteran superstar Mohanlal has always been a delight for directors and audiences alike.

Varvelpu, Gandhinagar 2nd Street, Nadodikkattu and its two sequels, Pattanpravesham, and Akkere Akkere Akkere together are some of her big hits.

Despite hailing from a communist stronghold in Kannur district, Srinivasan has, in several films, targeted the CPI(M) and earned praise from other hardline Left leaders as well.
