  • 2 nos raw mango
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tsp black salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp mint leaves
  • Pieces of ice

Learn how to make
First of all take water in a pan. Let it boil on low flame for 10 minutes. Now wash and peel the raw mangoes. Then cut it and mix it in hot water. When the unripe mango swells, take it off. Now let it cool down. When the mango cools down, put it in the mixer. Make a paste out of it. Take this paste in a pan. Add brown sugar to it. Keep stirring till the sugar melts. When the sugar dissolves, take it off the gas and add cumin seeds and mix. Stir everything together. Now add black salt and plain salt to it. Fill all this mixture in an airtight container or glass bottle.

Now take 2-3 spoons of prepared mango pulp in a glass and mix it with cold water. Stir well with a spoon, now serve garnished with mint leaves. Also add 2-3 ice cubes to it.
